The Opportunity
Join Aggregate Industries as a Weighbridge Operative at our Callow Rock site, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our weighbridge activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service. • Manage weighbridge operations, ensuring all vehicle movements are recorded accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process delivery and collection documentation, ensuring all records are maintained to company standards.
• Support stock management by monitoring material movements and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in maintaining site security by controlling vehicle access and ensuring all visitors adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with site management, sharing updates on weighbridge activities and operational concerns.

Who You Are
You're an organised and detail-focused individual with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Your ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy makes you a key part of our operations.

• Previous experience in a similar role or within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong IT skills, with experience in systems such as SAP or similar platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Understanding of safe working practices and site protocols.
