The Opportunity

Join the People team as the new Head of People M&A, where you will lead and shape our human resources strategies to support our dynamic and fast-paced growth ambition. This role involves developing and implementing our HR specific M&A initiatives that align with our business goals and enhance the full end-to-end M&A journey.

Review and build out the M&A framework

M&A people strategy alignment working closely with the M&A and Strategy teams

Lead on the HR specific due diligence activities

Develop and manage the integration planning

Employee communication strategy

Cultural assessment and integration

Manage the employee experience aspiring to a seamless transition

Collaborating and partnering with a varied senior stakeholder set both internally and externally
