The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Aggregates division, covering Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Bridgwater.
This role is all about attitude and potential. While sales experience is not essential, we’re looking for someone with the drive, behaviors, and mindset to succeed. If you have a passion for building relationships, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the determination to achieve results, we can provide the training and support to help you thrive.
You'll identify and seize business opportunities for our Aggregates division, demonstrating your passion for growth and innovation.
You'll ensure our customers receive exceptional care, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs effectively.
You'll focus on generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence.
You'll regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
