The Opportunity
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on public infrastructure in South Tyneside? Northumbrian Roads is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead projects under the South Tyneside Framework.
This role focuses on civil engineering projects that enhance the local community, offering an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver high-quality results.
- You'll take charge of projects within the South Tyneside Framework, ensuring seamless delivery, from planning to execution, while meeting quality and financial targets.
- You'll foster strong relationships with South Tyneside Council and other stakeholders, maintaining open communication and managing expectations.
- You'll lead a dedicated team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress. By providing guidance and support, you'll help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
- Your role will be vital in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
- Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with our integrated management system. Your commitment to safety and quality will be instrumental in protecting our team and the public.
