Coordinator/Administrator
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Coordinator to join our small and dynamic team at our Merstham office. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations within our facility to ensure seamless functionality and high levels of productivity. If you are someone with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for operational excellence, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities of the Coordinator
- Responsible for all Plant, Materials & Fleet Coordination and ordering for the Southern region.
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the logistic processes.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Build effective professional working relationships with Suppliers and Internal/External clients.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Maintain all Administrative Records.
- Provide Finance teams with End of Month Data.
- Raise Purchase Orders via CPA (Causeway) and deal with all related Invoice Queries.
- Provide holiday cover for other members of the team when required.
- Find ways to streamline process and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in plant or operational management is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Attention to detail, Flexibility, Team player, Enthusiastic, Motivated, Customer Focused, results driven, Good knowledge of Microsoft including Excel and Word.
