The Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Join our dedicated Concrete Products team at Aggregate Industries, where you’ll take charge of your own sales territory in Yorkshire.
In this exciting role, you’ll not only manage and grow key accounts but also spearhead new business opportunities, all while working closely with the Regional Manager to develop and execute a winning sales strategy. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets and maximising margins, ensuring our presence in the market continues to thrive.
You'll help shape our strategic direction by developing business plans and accurate forecasts, and identifying key accounts and market opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our full product range to meet and exceed targets.
Keeping our customer records up-to-date, resolving complaints effectively, and coordinating with our Credit Services and Sales teams will be part of your daily routine to ensure smooth operations.
Your ability to build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships will enhance our profile within the industry and foster new business opportunities.
Play a key role as a proactive hunter, actively pursuing and winning new business to drive growth and expand our market presence.
You'll be guided and mentored by the Regional Manager, providing you with valuable opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career, while playing a crucial role in driving team success.
