The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer services Manager to join our expanding team working within the Somerset Aggregates and Asphalt division.
As Customer Services Manager, you'll lead a team of 12 customer service representatives, driving high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition you'll play a crucial role in key project work, focusing on increasing efficiencies and forecasting for the territory.
Help manage the delivery of secured projects through our Customer Service Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints to ensure costs are mitigated whilst maintaining strong commercial relationships with repeat customers.
Forecasting of current and future orders to assist with vehicle planning and financial reporting.
Coaching and mentoring the existing team to provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the needs of the business are promoted.
Who you are
Self-motivated, with initiative and a proactive approach.
Capable of prioritising and planning ahead with a methodical approach to managing projects and daily tasks.
Flourish in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, adept at making informed yet prompt decisions.
A strategic thinker, skilled in considering external factors and the implications of local decisions.
Proven history of fostering talent and cultivating teams.
