We have a new vacancy for an IT Project Manager to join our IT division based out of our Bardon Hill head office in Coalville, Leicestershire.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering new exciting business projects within the required governance, processes, timescales, budget and quality. You'll manage all associated risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies of your projects and regularly report on progress using the appropriate methodologies and escalating key items.

What will you bring?

  • Project or Programme Management qualification or qualified by experience with a commitment to achieve a recognised qualification
  • Experience of managing projects within a complex, private sector environment
  • Extensive knowledge of project planning, implementation and management utilising recognised project management principles and methodology
  • Stakeholder management at both senior and operational level coupled with the ability to lead and manage multi-disciplined teams across a range of functions
  • Experience in managing project budgets with the ability to put in place and maintain full financial controls during project lifespan
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations
