Plant Operative (Ref: 9905)

Aggregate Industries a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete and aggregate products are recruiting for a Plant Operative to assist in a wide range of duties at site that will ensure the sites high profile of both a safe working & productive environment is maintained.

About the role

You will be multi-disciplined learning all aspects of the Sitebatch mixing processes, housekeeping duties and mixing finished products.

Elements to the role include:

• Operating machinery and equipment provided to carry out the duties of the post and to undertake the relevant training
• The role will require mixing products to conform to quality assurance in several composite and concrete products
• Running the daily operations of a mixing plant compound setup and controlling all operations within that process area
• Briefing site teams and maintaining high health and safety standards
• Managing stock levels and ordering of materials to meet programmes for fluid site operations
