Programming Coordinator (Ref: 9888)

 

We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident and highly motivated Programming Coordinator to join the customer services team at our Frome offices.

 

About the role

 

You will be responsible for the effective processing of customer orders into production and delivery programmes. You will then follow-up with the customer on the day to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Other elements to the role include:

 

  • To deploy manufacturing and haulage resource to ensure all customers orders are fulfilled with optimum benefit to both the customer and the business
  • Maintain awareness of current Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance requirements and all relating company policies
  • Process all allocated orders to the customers’ requirements in accordance with the current plant approval status and major contract information
  • Participate with the Distribution ‘on call’ system
  • Review, maintain and operate the planning systems
  • Ensure the completion of the daily customer order and programme review for the next day
  • To assist in redeployment and problem resolution affecting customer service
