We go to great lengths to match people to the right jobs. Since we spend between a quarter and a third of our time at work, it’s important that your abilities and interests fit the requirements of the role.
We will consider what behaviours and abilities are required for good job performance. Ability tests and personality (sometimes called, behavioural) questionnaires are proven methods for assessing critical qualities for job success, such as solving problems, communicating effectively and being innovative and creative. It’s for these reasons that we may invite you to complete one or some of these, during the interview and selection process.
If you have been invited to complete an assessment, here are some practice assessments that provide a similar testing experience to those which you have been asked to complete. They are a great way to prepare and can help you build more familiarity and confidence with the question types and format.

If you have a disability that you think may affect the assessment you have been asked to complete, we ask that you make us aware of this as early as possible in the application process. If you have special requirements, it is advisable to declare this beforehand.
Most of our assessments can be adjusted to better suit individuals with disabilities such as visual impairments, hearing loss, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, mental health issues and disfigurements.
